The train ride to Paris was quicker than we thought. Even after standing in line for nearly 45 minutes to buy 3-day Metro passes, we’re checked in at the Holiday Inn Express Canal de la Villette by 3:00pm. This is our “suite.”
We do have a tiny balcony overlooking the canal, and the air conditioning works well. We have plenty of time to do some sightseeing at the Arc de Triomphe.
