Our Big Night Out in Regensburg

We learned that it’s Advent Week. The streets seemed crowded as we walked from the train station to our ACHAT Plaza Herzog Am Dom Hotel.

The room is a typical German hotel room. It should be fine for a two-night stay.

How did we learn it’s Advent Week? Somebody finally told us around the fourth time we tried to reserve a table for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.

Luckily there’s a kebab stand near our hotel.  

A cheap dinner at any rate...
