Once we were quickly through Immigration and Customs, a person in the hotel shuttle pickup area kindly directed us to Door 4.
We walked out and immediately spotted a parked Novotel van. A friendly driver greeted us, and we were on our way and in our room by 11:15 p.m., not bad for having walked off the plane a bit after 10:30 p.m., about a half hour late.
Our room is large and comfortable. It includes bathrobes and a beautiful soaker tub in addition to the shower, features that we enjoy.
We found a decent rate on Trip Advisor, and were pleasantly surprised not to be assigned to a broom closet.
The buffet breakfast, included in our rate, is decent if not spectacular. The atrium-style lobby, on the other hand, is indeed spectacular.
